
Our Classes


Monday class is for ages 4 to 6 years old and Tuesday class is for ages 7 to 11 years old. Zumba kids is a friendly, fun environment where kids come to learn both Zumba dances, teamwork, games and have tons of fun while learning!
Zumba Kids/Juniors

This class is designed to work the body from head to toe through a variety of different exercises, including arms, legs, and core.
Bootcamp

A class full of dancing moves, from salsa to reggaeton, guaranteed to get you moving. Zumba is a fun filled class with no previous dancing experience needed.
Zumba

Pilates
Pilates is a non-strenuous workout that helps with improving breathing techniques, strengthening muscles and joints. A great class to improve overall mobility and flexibility.

Kettlebell & Core
Kettlebell and core aims to target the whole body, to improve overall strength and endurance. Exercises can be done with a light or heavier weight with more emphasis on exercises of the core.
ZUMBA GOLD
Zumba Gold is a modified version of Zumba designed for older adults or those with limited mobility. It features lower-intensity dance moves and simpler choreography, focusing on fun and fitness in a welcoming environment.

Classes cater for all ages and fitness levels, both male and female are all welcome.
